Sharon Juarez

Sharon is a Legal Assistant at Romero Law, APC, who provides direct support on all employment law cases against private entity employers. Her responsibilities include software and records management, legal research, filing, gathering client information during the prelitigation stage of a matter, and guiding clients through the litigation process, among others.  Sharon graduated from the University of Southern California, Irvine with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology Law and Society. Prior to joining our firm, Sharon dedicated herself to extensive volunteer work where she developed all the skills necessary to elevate the efficiency of our law firm and operations. Most recently, Sharon served as an Administrative Assistant for a Roofing Contractor where she assisted in the efficiency of company operations, such as providing clerical support and operating social media. Prior to that, Sharon served as a Behavioral Technician, where she utilized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to guide behavioral interventions, trainings, and workshops. She also assisted in interpreting conversations between Spanish speaking clients and English-speaking staff. Sharon is natively fluent in English and Spanish.
