Jorge Hechavarria

Jorge Hechavarria is a dedicated employment litigator with extensive experience advocating for employees from the outset of his career. Passionate about standing up for individuals facing exploitation by employers both large and small, Jorge’s commitment to employee rights was ignited during his time in the Women’s Employment Rights Clinic at the Golden Gate University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor, and his dedication to representing employees has only deepened since then. Jorge believes that empathy and compassion are essential in effectively representing employees, fostering strong relationships, and achieving meaningful results.

Jorge grew up in Los Angeles County and enjoys spending time with his family and traveling with his partner.
